Medical results have been received !!! What means ?? I JUST SAW IN MY STATUS. :o

I've applied as a skilled worker class and I've sent my medical and police certificate To visa office in London 40 days ago ,now I saw in my online status has been written that medical results have been received . Please take a note that I have sent my medicals with delay because I have got the later very late . And still I don't know if they accepted my excuse for delay or no? Now I want to know , what means when they write medical results have been received ? It means it's approved or maybe they would reject it ? And how long it would take time for next step ? Looking forward for ur favorable answer .

I applied as a FSWC for Canada , I have been sent a letter for medical exams in Aug from London Visa Office but i have received the request very late .
But it was done in Dec and i have sent it to LVO, Now they updated my status Medical results have been received . plz share if u have any experience of this stage and if u know how long does it take time after this update ?? and what means this exactly ? if they approved my documents already or I might be rejected yet ??

It means that you passed the medical exams and you will be getting your passport request letter soon

Thanks to Lord Jesus, my Ecas is back online and I got a 3rd line " Medical result have been received" today. Pray that all the remaining MI1 MI2 and MI3 will get their visa, ppr, and MR soon. God bless.
