I know this question is already been here in the forum but I just want to know iif the medical results that was posted in my ecas has a positive impact on my application? what should I expect next?

All it means is that they have received your medical results. For some people, eCAS shows this from the day they can access their eCAS and for others it takes a few weeks. It's not really indicative of them actually processing your file.
