One side CIC says 3 months wait after medical and documents received. Now its near about deadline. After this time we can raise mp inquiry

I was shuffling through my GCMS notes of end July 2016.

Noted one thing that there was one Activity as Activity No.26 and it mentions as "Abu Dhabi Interview One Slot" and Group number is also mentioned 1-704F4RP. And this activity was updated on 1st of July 2016. Don't know what is the reason for the interview update at this stage. But there are no other notes given. Also Visa Officers remarks are absent from the file. Does anyone have any explanation of this strange attitude of LVO.

Another strange aspect that I have noted under this activity that all of my stages like Eligibility, Criminality, Security has been changed to Not Started. Except Medical which is passed and in that also one of family members medical is In Process. Although everything was previously passed. Strange thing. Don't know what is happening with my file or at LVO.

Does anyone has any explanation.

Culprit is DRD Program Assistant in LVO.

i have read a similar case like this few months ago, PPR was requested then in between LVO had invited the applicant for an interview, unfortunately i cannot recall which thread was that or if it is in a whatsappgroup. anyway, did you raised CSE?

It happened with one lady of UK Residence she asked for interview after medical and pcc ,trying to contact her but not able to reach her. Plus recently in one of forumite found some kind of interview slot but not received any interview call.He did medicals some where in Dec/Jan :-[

Yes I have raised CSE and the answer to the CSE was that "Your File is currently being reviewed by an officer. There is no further action required on your part. We appreciate your patience and keeping correspondence to a minimum." and this was two months ago. Can anyone please share the admin number of the interview whatsapp group.

Did medical, sent updated schedule A and paid RFPR on 10 January 2016
Medical line was updated on 16 January 2016.
Visa office, London VO

Since then, nothing happened!!!!

Is this normal? I am afraid medical will expire before I receive PPR. Has anyone had similar situation?

Note: I checked application processing time on CIC website, and it says 18 months from receipt of a complete application by the visa office. If I get PPR within 18 months as mentioned on CIC website, I should receive PPR by end of Spetember and will definately have no time to prepare myself for landing before medical expiry.

Any advice??

you should raise an inquiry because its max 3 months after medical have been received lined up.

Thanks for the response, but where is it mentioned that PPR must be received within 3 months? I think this is just rumors.

Please let us know the source or this important information. Is it from CIC website? or immigration lawyer opinion?

sorry to hear that after one year of your meds, no PPR thus far. but your case is an example for us who are waiting for PPR and medicals are nearing to expiry, so kindly share your updates in the forum.
