Hi!

Luck to all members here for their application, Forum has really been supportive throughout my application.

I have question here; I got my 3rd line regarding Medicals receiving on 19th January and currently waiting for the 4th line. I live in UAE and want to go to pakistan for my annual leaves but someone told me not to travel as anytime from here onwards you will have to submit your passport to Canadian embassy for Visa Stamping. My queries are;

How much time LVO normally takes after receiving medical, to further instruct for passport submission?
After getting instructions for Passport submission, How many days you can normally take to submit it to embassy?
How much time embassy would normally take to return back your STAMPED PASSPORTS?

I would like to submit my Passports (If get a call) in Abu Dhabi embassy rather than in my home country to avoid any issue, as my annual leaves are limited. Your suggestions are most welcome.

I belong to Pakistan, London is my VO and currently lives in UAE.

Thanks

There are no fixed timelines to your question.
Your VO may take from a day from your reciept of your Medicals to 6 months. It's really case specific.
The timeline for submitting your passport will be included in your PPR Email. It could be within 7days or more.
The timeline for returning your passport should not exceed 2 weeks after the visa stamp should have been embossed on the your passport.

Hello! I have also some questions about time frame of visa stampling since medical. Firstly, how long it takes to update E-cas status since medical exam completion. I can understand it varies among Visa office. Generally, how long it takes to know whether someone is passed or need further tests since the date of medical exam. If CIC panel physician has some observation on someones's medical report how do they notify. Do CIC directly send mail to client or they normally inform designated clinic. Secondly, if someone pass the exam, how long it takes generally to add a line in their E-cas? After medical how long it takes to PPR. Again I asking about this time frame just to get a genaral overview. My Visa office in Hong Kong. I am a PNP applicant. I have done my medical on 6th of this month and the doctor uploaded the results and X-ray report in the same day.

Sorry for too many questions. Hoever comments are much appreciated.

Thanks and regards,

Eusufzai

Dear Eusufzai,

Once your medicals are completed, and uploaded to CIC, the panel physicians at CIC in Canada reviews your case and if they are satisfied that you wont be an health hazard to the country. You will get 'Medicals have been Recieved'.
NOTE: there are some times that it might take longer time, and when you email your VO, they respond that your medicals are okay.In such cases, ECAS has not just been updated.
Now if your medicals are not okay, your VO will ask you to do additional tests which may take up to 6 months.
If your medicals are updated on ECAS, refer to my earlier comment on previous post

Hello Mazhar,

Salam. First of all, congratulations for your great success. All is Allah's will. I am a Bangladeshi citizen brother. I just want to know what kinds of updated info apart from RPRF and Passport copies did your VO ask you to submit. Secondly, how many days later your E-Cas status changed since the date of medical exam. I have also done medical on 06/02/2016. My VO is Hong Kong. I have submitted updated info (household registration, IMM5669, PCC, RPRF etc) in this month. Waiting for the medical result.

Thanks and regards,

Eusufzai

Guys got Passport request on Feb 05, 2016 Alhamdolillah

May Allah make this journey easy for all.

Hello All,

Please I have a quick question for you. Do i need to refill the IMM8 form.

On the mail I got it says

☐ Updated family information: you must advise us of any change in your marital status or family composition. All family members must be listed on your IMM8 application form. Failure to comply may result in a delay in the issuance of your visa.

But there has been no change in my family composition.

Please advice.

Regards

Waalaikum Salaam, thnx bro....Updated info chart was single page letter containing name, passport no, passport expiry, height, eye colour etc....ECAS status has not been changed yet....If you security screening has been cleared then you can expect PPR within a month of medical and payment of RPRF....Wish you all the very best

Please order your GCMS notes now

I waiting for ppr since novermber 2015, but today i found out that the embassy did not submit my police certificate to the CIC processing center, anyway they sent it today and i have a confirmation email for it.
In my country, they do not hand a police certificate, it is sent directly to the embassy and the embassy has to forward it and i asked them to do it in December but they never did.

Anyway, can any person order GCMS notes, i.e non canadian/immigrant.?
