I raised CSE two months earlier and i was being told that Background checks are underway.

Two months is a big period in your case, so you should again raise a CSE as your visa will be valid for one year from the date of your Medicals. Half of your visa validity period has already passed, so explain this thing to your VO while asking for the expected date of next review of your application and PPR.

Ohhh.... So your medicals have already been expired...
Did you receive another request for medicals?
What is the reason of your delay in getting ppr??

Dear,

I'm from Bangladesh but currently working in Maldives. There is no VFS in Maldives and I can not come back to BD now for PP submission.

Any alternatives like authorizing other people to submit our PP?

In my case I did my medicals on August 31, and CIC shows "Decision Made" status since September 11 without medical received or decision has been made....
October 14 a new line has been added showing "Medical results has been received".
I'm weird about this.

Hi! Just want to ask if someone from this forUm has an idea or same experience with me.
Medical done on Sept. 14
Ecas updated to medical received last week
No request for rprf til now and no request for police clearances
QSW applicant abu dhabi vo. When can I expect an update or ppr?
Thanks for the info and reply. Godbless

Dear,
The instructions for sending PP are in the PPR letter.
Have you received PPR ?
Does VO know you are in Maldives ?

I received the same update yesterday as well, but that doesn't mean that they have received your Medicals recently. My brother did his medicals on the 14th of September and he received an email from CIC on the 24th of September they have received his medicals, however his status was also changed yesterday on eCAS (after 20 days of it actually being received by CIC), you did your medicals in August, so it is quite certain that they received your medicals AGES ago but have updated eCAS only yesterday. From what I have been observng is that CIC stopped updating Medical received status around July end and resumed updating this status only yesterday. So we cannot link expected PPR from the date of update on eCAS. On an average they take between 2 weeks to 3 months to issue PPR after Medicals Received, but since we don't know the exact date of when they actually received medicals we can never know the exact expected PPR window. NDVO, LVO and CVO are issuing PPR around 14 days after Medicals DONE.

I sincerely hope we all receive ours in the next 2 weeks :D

It takes at least 2 to 8 weeks from MR to PPR. So it doesn't mean you would get it in 14 or 21 days. Everybody here is expecting/waiting for PPR. So lets just keep waiting. Cheers!
