Hi All,

I'm from India and I filed for immigration under FSW.
My file reached on 21st Aug 2014. Credit Card charged on 20th Nov 2014.
Received PER Email on 2nd Jan 2015 and then Medical Request on 19th March 2015.
I was traveling and got it done in 1st week of April and sent all the requiring documents on 10th April 2015 to Delhi Immigration.
When I checked on 15th April 2015, ECAS showed "Medical Results have been received".
On May 7th 2015 I received an email from Delhi Immigration saying that there's some gap in the information I provided in "Personal History" and requested me to send an updated "Sheet A"! As requested I sent the documents the same day on priority courier. I verified with the courier service and the tracking showed that my envelope was picked around 10:00 AM 8th May at Delhi Immigration office.
So far, no update on ECAS.

Has any experienced something like this before. I even paid RPRF!
Any chances of turning down my application at this phase! Though I'm being tough outside I'm worried a little.
Any insight or information really appreciated.

Regards,
A.
Hi!
Usually there is no rejection at this stage. If you have sent what they requested then you have to just wait for the next mail for PPR. If your ecas status shows medicals received, it means medicals are clear. Usually they take about a month/ or 1 1/2 month after receiving medicals but since you were requested some additional documents then you might have to wait a little more. Be patient... all the best!!

may I use this medium to say my case as not exactly followed the usual trend as I did Medicals since November, 2014 and up till now no updates except for an additional family member I asked for and AVO requested I submit additional documents which has since been delivered. HOPING FOR THE BEST SOONEST.

Aoa every one...

Thanks to ALLAH Almighty...HE is the only hope...

Today I got my PPR+UPDATED INFO CHART REQUEST for each family member from LVO...

I have a query guys...please advise me seniors...

I am in Abu Dhabi and my family is in Pakistan. It is clearly written in the PPR email that I need to submit my passport in Abu Dhabi and my family passport in Pakistan...but when i read the letter it is written that "all documents for you and your accompanying family members must be submitted together in one package"

Plus the updated info chart requires details of principal applicant and accompanying family members...

1. How is it possible to submit all documents in one package in my situation

2. Do I need to include details of all family members in information chart of each family member...because our passports are being submitted in different countries...

Experienced advise please...

Hi Friends,

I have got PPR on 21/5/15. I have submitted my pps yesterday.

The fourth line is updated yesterday.

Thankyou all for your support. This forum kept me going and boosted my confidence whenever I went down. I once again thank all who have taken their time to post information and share their experiences.

Hi,

The following is my status

NDVO

We received your application for permanent residence on September 11, 2014.

We started processing your application on March 16, 2015.

Medical results have been received.(Updated on April 11th 2015

I checked with my bank and the RPRF DD got cleared on May 13th 2015.

When can I expect my PPR or 4th line update.

Please advise if we are on the right track.

Dear Friends,

I got SLU (medical receive) on April 18 (35 days a go) and since then there is no news From Paris Visa Office.
In my ECAS there is no activity to show any process is going to be started.
Actually, I wanna know what does "we started processing your application on XXXXXX" ?
Which process is exactly has been started by above announcement ?

"Process Start " is very hard to analyze cause some applicants receive this announcement as second line (before medical or RPRF) and some in 3rd line !!?
any help in this case is highly appreciated.

Best wishes,

Hassan

This is music to my ears. ECAS just updated for me to Medical Received, I hope I get the PPR sometime in early June!!!

However, my ECAS doesn't even show "In Process" yet. So I don't know.

do the waiting times for the PPR vary from different applications? I have applied for family (spousal) sponsorship. The application was updated to medical on April 9th. AND what is the time frame once they request your passport to when you can expect to receive it back stamped? THANK you in advance for any answers to my questions.
