I am new here. Look at my timeline. 3 months and 1 week after medicals, yet no PPR. I dont want anyone to preach encouraging words to me, i want us to work out a formula to explain this delay.

This is my theory:

After 'medicals received' shows up on ECAS and RPRF is been paid, it is assumed that that VO is finished with background checks as it applies to NOC eligibility, POF eligibility, application information verification etc. The only outstanding checks should be 'security checks'. Hence, we can say application is 90% complete.

Applicants who do not receive PPR after 1 month of medicals are those who have complex history, that is, those who have stayed in two or more countries for more than 1 year. Then VO will need to check with security databases, especially because of terrorism concerns.

I have stayed in two countries for more than 1 year; that explains my timeline. All those whose PPR have been delayed for more than 1 month after medicals should say how many countries they have lived for more than 1 year. I want to use this information to verify my theory.

Yes mate I believe the same. I got multiple travel history and thts the reason I am still awaiting PPR 5 months after medicals. According to GCMS also this is confirmed as my Criminality and Security is pending.

Good Analysis. I have lived in 2 other countries for more than 1 year apart from my country of birth since the age of 18 years. My medical reports were submitted on April 8th. The PCC and the RPRF was received on April 15th. No PPR yet.

Is there any PPR's from CVO today????????

I received PPR on last Wednesday and updated EACS as "Decision Made" on Friday..

Thanks for your support

:) :) :)

I have paid RPRF fee online....and done with medicals yesterday...

when can I expect my third line to update?

What is the processing phase now...have they completed background checks and verification? what should be the next process?

I have lived in one more country for my undergrad study, sent PCC from that country along with my RPRF as per VO's request, which was received on 15 April 2015. Still waiting for passport request. ECAS showing third line. Lets see what's next :-X

FROM 20 TO 40 DAYS YOU WILL GET PPR REQUEST INSAALLAH

Hello Everyone! I would like to ask about ECAS STATUS

I observed that some have these status

1. We received your application for permanent residence on _____
2. We started processing your application on ____.
3. Medicals received

I on other hand just have two lines in the ECAS

1. We received your application for permanent residence on _____
2. Medicals results received

Any thoughts about this? Still waiting for PPR..Thanks a lot! Good day.

Hi Everyone,
I need some suggestions.

My Status changes in FEb as Medical result received. we have paid RPRF.

After medical done, Status changed in Mid of March as Decision Made.

I believe, it normally takes a day or two to get PPR after that. But we have been waiting since March.

We have emailed a couple of times to get the status but there is no reply of mail.

Can anyone please suggest the next step?

In the first place it appeared I do not need to submit PCC of the other country since I have not lived there more than 4 months in a row, as per the guideline we are required to submit PPC where we have lived one year or more. However, along with my medical request, VO requested for RPRF and PCC of the second country where I have studied. So, I have managed PCC after doing medical. and sent PCC with RPRF.

They have not asked for any clarification so far. So till now, hoping for best.
