On the practical grounds have you ordered GCMS notes so as to know the progress or why this delay?If you haven't then ordered the case notes at your earliest.There is a complete thread about how to order by cocknbull.
What draft you are talking about that got encashed in August?
Please indicate any correspondence which you might have had with LVO so that any senior member of this forum can analyse your case in more accurate manner.

i received my medicals request today....and they have given me 60 days to submit....so that means till 16th december i have time to submite...


however i need to ask some question as i am due to give birth in first week of november...what should i do....should i just wait for my new baby and then immediately after the birth ask CHC to send me medicals for my new baby as well and in the meantime do mine and my husband medicals....

or do i have to tell them that i wont be able to do medicals because of my pregnancy or should i request them to give me some more time so i can get my medicals done immediately after the baby is born...as the baby is due in first week of nov and the time they have given me to submit medicals is till 16th december...so i think i would have enough time to do my medicals after the birth of the new born, however i am confused as how to inform CHC about the new born, when it comes, and to request for the new born medical as well so i can get all our medicals done before 16th december...


please anybody will appreciate your suggestions....they have also asked me for RPFF....

on the generic application form item 11 that ask for last date of entry into canada do i leave it blank even if i visited canada a few years ago?

the comfort zone lies in atmost accuracy and adherance to rules - there is no whims and fancies on applications.

if a certain field demands an info - it must be filled to avoid return of appli or delay

fyi - these days cio is particular about a single dot tooo so pl estimate the extent of mistakes

honest opinion - resort to available guidelines and forum advise - do it urself - consultants/lawyers aren't needed in applying for PR

By the Grace of Almighty Allah and prayers of family and friends here at this forum and otherwise, i got my PPR 1 through email on 16.10.2013, photographs (two for each family member and myself) alongwith photocopies of passport's two pages, one bio-data page and the second one is signature / thumb impression (in case of children) have been dispatched today to LVO.

I am thankful for all of you whose experiences allowed me to better estimate my timings. Best of luck to all those who are still waiting for their next step. Regards.
