Finally after 3.5 years, got passports with visa and related landing documents yesterday. DM was on 16th sept, Visa stamping on 12th Sept, visa expiring on Jan 04, 2014.
By now, my wife is in 2nd month of pregnancy. Need your suggestions whether I need todeclarethe same to visa office?? and get further documents ???

Best option for you would be to go ahead with the migration ASAP and give birth to the baby in Canada. This will make the new born an automatic Citizen of Canada. There is no need to declare the pregnancy at this moment which will unnecessarily delay your process with only a couple of months left for your visa expiry!
My opinion ...go and do landing this month or next month maximum then before delivery by one month send your wife to get delivery theirSubedi said:Dear All,

No, you don't have to declare pregnancy, only the birth of a new child. However please remember that as long as you are a PR (and not a citizen), your baby cannot become a Canadian migrant automatically if born outside Canada. You will have to then initiate sponsorship application for the baby after birth, or you will have to delay your own landing (if visa expiry allows) and get the baby on your current immigration application.
However if the baby is born inside Canada (even on a visit visa), the baby automatically becomes a Canadian citizen.
As you have mentioned your wife is only 2 months pregnent, this is a safe time to travel for her and as all the other members have advised, it is better to complete your landing (no later then 6 month of pregnancy, after that travel becomes difficult) and give birth in Canada.
Regards,
Don't delay landing as airlines also have a restriction on travelling after a number of weeks in pregnancy. They don't allow you to travel in mid or late pregnancySubedi said:Dear All,
