Thanks for your advice, I'll apply for gcms, i have asked for an update from LVO on Aug 5th and got a auto reply that they will reply within 28 days only if processing time mentioned on the LVO site has passed. On Aug 5th processing time mentioned was 21 months and i was just over 21 months but now i have checked and avg processing time of LVO is 23 months..... ...lets see how it goes...

Processing times, doesn't say that your application is going to be completed in this time, but it tells us the average time that has been taken by the visa office to process a certain number of application during a specified period.

Yes I understand that it is based on average processing time and will vary in case of every individual. My purpose was before completion of this period, we are unable to get any answer of our queries....

Yes I understand you.. you cant raise enquiry before you pass the average processing time, I guess it is to reduce the amount of emails and to give themselves a reason to avoid answering questions they are not in position to answer it.

VFS Service refers to the VFS Centers in various Cities of India. These Centers facilitate processing of Visas. Please check the VFS Center closest to your place of residence and contact them.
