Dear Nekeol

Many thanks for the information. However, i have gone through the mentioned section but they do not provide any meaningful information i.e. the creation date of 14/10/2010 has been identified but in sub activities no dates have been given. SII Indicator says "Yes".

Does this mean anything?
@Oblivion
anyhow your security screening is started, and therefore they were writing s15, if read your GCMS I can give you the exact date when they have started your security screening. normally it is taking 4-6 months but with SII indicator some time takes more time.

Thanks again Nekeol

Another question, what does SII Indicator means?

Hi all,

I wrote many times. but no one is sharing his experience or information :).
I applied from Dubai, hence my VO is London.
I submitted the medical in December 2012. does the background check take that much time?? or the strike of PAFSO is affecting the processing?.

Any similar cases???.

Regards,

HI kimmigration

You can apply for GCMS notes for knowing the exact reasons for delay.

I understand this very well but strange thing is, They replied to my CSI which I sent them on Feb 04, 2013. After that I sent them 2 more CSI in May and July and I had go replies for both of them which were related to my medicals and Passports. They had not replied to the one I sent on Feb 04, 2013 which they did today. I dont understand one thing that is my medicals request was made in March 13 and then Passports request in July 13 so, this simply means that my Security Background check should have been done between Medicals and Passport requests.

Looks like they replied to my older query by mistake or something else. I never heard on this forum that someone has gone thru security checks after PPR especially when PPR was made way after medicals

Yes dear u r right once u get PPR Security Background checks over.......Congrats....

Thanks for the info, this is the first time I hear about GCMS, anyone tried it?, does it affect our application, I mean in a negative way??

regards,

obtaining GCMS will clarify your doubts and provides us with applications status

helps u to provide VO with docs that may have caused delay

triggers to open file

so all is for good

do obtain one

By Grace of Allah, I received my PPR today ;D ;D ;D ;D

Congratulations :)

GCMS notes provides with the exact information of 2hat has happened on your file since you lodge the application. it is better yo orde4 one and see what is pending on yoir file which is causing a delay.
