Just got response from Canadian High Commission London against my inquiry:

“I can confirm that your application is pending review by an Immigration Officer. We will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of your file.”

what does this mean here? What could be pending at this stage?

SAVIOR,

your file is pending Final Review - next stage is PPR or DM - final review is max few hours if done today

According to me this means that you are in a waiting list to be reviewed and this will happen once it is your turn.
It says pending review not pending final review. The whole thing is a review and does not indicate at which part they are at.

Pending

Adjective
Awaiting decision or settlement.

Preposition
Until (something) happens or takes place: "they were released on bail pending an appeal".

Any July 2012 CSQ Applicant here who has some news? RPRF on June 18th like me and a million other people?

Dear Terki:

Thanks for clarification, I hope these few hours end soon :). Btw what does DM stands for ?

best,
Savior

anyway pl hope for best

Hello,

After sending the results of Medical Furtherance for my wife. Today, i have got an email from CIC-Ottawa saying that

"This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada
has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on
2010/04/20".

I have already paid money for "RPRF" last year during medical phase for my family. But, i have got medical furtherance in April 2013 which was cleared by DMP last month and send the results to CIC. I am not sure why i am getting this AOR email today instead of passport request. Any one has any idea?

Thanks.

this could be simply an ecas error : pl write to cpp-Ottawa about it..

BTW - wt is ur category and applied date

i have applied in April 2010 under FSW. I have received medical request last year in Feb but at that time my wife was pregnant that's why whole process got delayed. Finally, we have send my wife medical furtherance results last month and waiting for PP request.
