But I have done medical on 25 Dec 2012 and my e cas has not been updated with medical received line yet....

Hello:

i have few queries regarding the process and its dates which are:

- we got our med request on Jan 9, 2013 but we were done with our med on Jan 22, 2013. So now will my med will be expired on Jan 9, 2014 or Jan 22, 2014.
- we got our third line approx a month after we were done with our med e.g Feb 22, 2013 so will it take max 4 to 5 months from Feb 22, 2013 or Jan 9 or 22.

waiting for response.

Guys is there any specific time frame one u submitted all your requested doucments along with medical and passport and rprf fees. And medical line appears on ecas in one week . So how much time do they take to return passport From NDVO.

Hi Singh_King1234,

1. The Subject of this Thread itself is a reflection of your Question.
2. Yours is a question for which many (or all) of us would want answers.
3. There is no specific time frame, as I understand. Some (eg., SAJFK), got the PP by End of MAR 2013.
4. Others (like me) are still waiting, although Meds are done in MAR 2013 and Line updated in ECAS.

Regards.
NVLN.

don't rely on ecas sometime they don't updated "MR" line on ECAs but still get all working normally

Hi All
I have been reading through this post and there are couple things that I found not quite the same, and I guess that is different form country to another and also from VO
I have submited my application through a consultant and thus he gets the updates but I 'm kind of tired to play the 'is it there yet' game with him so I am hoping that someone could shed some light here. I beleive my application has been processed through Sydney, Nova Scotia I have sent my Medical as per their request on March 8 2013
my application status since I remember was always been saying 'Application Received' and latelly I just realized 3 weeks back that when you click on the 'Application Received' link
I get these line bellow
Permanent Residence
We received your application for permanent residence on December 12, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

so unlike what most people have there is not 3rd line, oh yeah and I'm applying under 'Quebeq skilled worker' program
any feedback is much appreciated, I just want to know if there are people who have similar entry and what should be the next line expected
Thanks

this is very weird that without second line" we start processing your application on XXXX" you received 3rd line "medical results have been received", but anyway if you see this line then you are good to go and wait for PPR very soon.

as per GCMS normally eligibility done before medical and after medical Criminality and security checks initiated but as per your GCMS eligibility is in process this is some thing that i can not understand.....any way good news is your RPRF have encashed and at this stage it has positive signal, before this i saw some other members gcms note in which same situation but eligibility was passed and Criminality and Security checks not started, but within two weeks they received PPR....so dear hope for the best and wait for good time.........you will soon hear good news ,,,i hope and pray..

I think a lot of QSW and PNP applicants received requests for medical much earlier in the process, and the third line usually appears before the second line. "In process" usually is a big thing, and your file is near completion for these guys (again, second line appears usually WAY after the third line).

Hello All,

I am very new to CV.com...

But I have been worried :( about my case and needed to reach out to someone in the same boat...

I am an Indian national in the US on a visa and had applied for Canadian PR in Apr 2010.
Finally my case advanced this year and I sent my medicals and 2nd PCC in end of April 2013.

I have been assigned a new case number which doesn't work even after a week. My case still shows in process with my UCI...

My main question is - How long after medicals does CIC ask for PP (PPR)?

Thanks.
