whats ur case status as of now ?
prmalr said:Dear members,
first when we submit application to cic, and then they ask for our all documents including pcc or countries visited we also give our travel history etc in the background application form, we also submit PCCs of different countries we lived, in case of USA we submit FBI report police report, its very clear how hard is this pcc of other countries, they dont give you a pcc just like, they also do a background check of us and issue this pccs right?, after sending all our documents we wait for medicals......
what CIC ad VOs do during this in between period they send medical request?,
don't they go on check our background security checks etc with this forms and reports? and later along with medical request which comes after thorough check of our files, they ask for updates of pcc etc.........
so if there is no great changes in travel history, security etc, what they do or do they make a background and security check again?
we don't get a clear point here,
some members here in the forum had received their visa within 20 days of submitting application along with medical report to NDVO, what about the security and background checks of those members?..
certain things are unclear, we don't know what is happening inside NDVO, after all what's happening inside immigration office no one knows that, in spite of some members telling that NDVO staff undergoing training ! and stuffs like that!,i read a forum member commented so telling that why there is a sudden delay. I feel we cannot even speculate about visa office proceedings,
after seeing numerous file movements and as per cic guidelines only we can advice on certain issues and still certain things are unclear to us.........
