Friends what does this line denotes" medical results recieved " does this means that medicals are approved and everything is fine ??

This is second last magical sentence for dream journey.....it means you are 90% approved.....only 10 % Security Background check is left.......you are almost there......just wait for for PPR request it average 157 days.......may be early...

dear hope786,

No good news from your side yet? I am waiting for your news.

Dear Experts,
I learned from 3 years previous/current cases CIC make unreasonable/unjustifiable delay to send passport requests or issuing visa in the name of background checks - they avoid to grant visa for longer period i.e. 6 months. Why not they background check prior to sending medicals or updated documents request - I am unable to understand this logic?
What do you think?
Good luck to all,
Hina

Hey guys

I have some questions...

Is there any chance for refusal after medical? And how long it will take as average after medical done ?

If refusal, is there any chance for appeal ?? And how ??

All replies would be highly appreciated.
Thx a lot in advanced

No dear still waiting.....but as per average time.....it has confirmed that minimum 4 to 5 months for PPR.....but I am very hopeful for you and other members shifted cases to Abu Dhabi....and France VO for cut down the burden of LVO....so I am pretty sure your PPR will come early then our....and I also pray for you and other members to get PPR request soon....Insah Allah....

Refusal of Application

Applicants can be refused at anytime during the process of the application, for any of the following reasons:

• Proof of Language skills
• Criminal issues (have criminal record in any country)
• Security(failed background checks)
• Medical (failed medical exam)
• Financial reasons (have less than the minimum settlement funds
• Misrepresentation(failed to be truthful during the application or omitted information)
• Non-compliance(failed to provide any requested information/ documents the immigration officer requested or failed to attend a
Personal Selection Interview)
• Inadmissible family members (the above reasons for any family member indicated as dependent on the application form)

So my dear it can be done any time of your application but...after Medical...chances are very rare......and as per my knowledge none except on Security ground or Medical ground.

The matter of fact is there are two steps of background checks
1. Background check (Job,Education,POF,Adaptability etc)
2. Security Background check(Criminality, espionage or terrorism for save admission in soil of Canada)

first step completed before Medical and second step start after medical ....this is procedure that CIC adapted from very beginning... as per your point of concern why they are taking so long Security Background check....because after 9/11 everywhere in world security background check is key factor for Immigration....for the safety of the Country...this is very time consuming factor...and doing Canadian secrete agencies as well as private companies...this is some thing that is not in hand of VO once agencies give green signal they promptly issue PPR request. Second thing is there are other following thing that make delay in our application.

1. Old Backlog Cases
2. File Que or Batches
3. Quota of Visas

However there is 4 to 5 months average time for PPR request...and no of members got PPR request after 4 to 5 months...so my frind just chill and hope for the best

thx a lot hope
that's very kind from your side to reply to my enquiry,
I did the medical 2 months ago with no health problem, so, hopefully, things will go positively...
I have been waiting for 7 years, and 5 years after selection.
I was looking to continue my education in New Zealand until I got a letter to undergo the medical and documents update.
Wish you all the best .. You're a life saver

HI Friends
I joined this Forum very recently. My status was changed and 3rd line was included on 26.03.2013. But after that more then one month have passed there is no news again we have to wait for another Tuesday. I think process is slow in comparison to previous months

Senior Members please clarify as per your experience that the ecas goes updated only on every Tuesday or any week day and at what time I mean according to IST or CST

Regards to all
Rish
