'Medical results have been received' and Waiting for PPR

Dear friends,

August 30th will expire my medicals, about a month ago I received a request for another FBI criminal check.
I am concern with the time frame. So far still on "medicals have been received".
What happens if they don't issue my visa by August 30th? Or if they issue the visa let's say a week before, when will the visa expire? Will they give me an extension so that I have time to move to Canada?

YES VO some time giving extension according to the requirement, but it delay is longer then re-medical
