Well, not necessarily. My eCas changed to decision made 2 days before I got a request for PPR and RPRF. I know some other people who got their status changed to Decision Made 6 to 7 weeks (yes, WEEKS, not days) before they got PPR or RPRF request. What's important is the third line. If your Decision Made shows up before the third line shows up, then it may (or may not) be a bad news.

Hi Terki,

For Foreign Travel, do they not go by the Visas stamped on the Passport - the more number of Visas, the more would be the time for doing the foreign travel check - just my guess - let me know.

Its better to send CSI on immediate basis. Actually DM should come after the passport send to visa office. Or in -ve results of your case if came before PPR request. It happens if God forbid some one have some serious disease which I hope will not in your case. Case specific Inquiry is highly recommended.

One more important thing that if the "Medical Results have been received" line added as you said than there is no problem with your medical results as this line added only if your medical results are all clear.

Normally the visa offices ask the RPRF and some other forms (e.g. Travel) with the medical results and in some cases Police Certificates as well.

Its better to put some more info. about your case, so forums experts can guide you better.

In my opinion nothing to worry you will get the request soon for RPRF / Passports.

sir, i'm applicant of 2007. mine is also medical received and rfpf fee sent and passport also sent but after few days pp returned saying that the background check still to be done. sir, pls tell us what does it mean. we are very much worried bcoz we have waited 6 yrs with patience now restless that we couldn't plan further what to do.......thank you for your kind cooperation.

I am also the example of that My decision was made in April 2012 even before medical. I send a case specific inquiry than it revert back to RBVO. Its still at RBVO todate. It never went even to in-process. I got Medical in Feb2013 and Passport PPR1 /PPR2 on 08th may 2013. Still ECAS shows RBVO.
