'Medical results have been received' and Waiting for PPR

I am a feb 2012 applicant who applied under FSW .... I sponserd my family too back in India . CPP Ottawa issued us medicals on may 4,2012. Till now no response. Last time I checked my application status it showed in process since 12 April 2013. My medicals are expired. M missing my family.

Are they going to issue my family with visa as I wil get PPR OR they will go for a separate procedure for that???

Dont worry ECAS is not 100 % accurate in some cases for me its still at Received by Visa Office (RBVO) it never went to in-process in Feb 2013 i got medical request by the end of Feb line was added Medical results have been received. I got passport request as well but ECAS still showing RBVO. Just chill you will get ppr soon as well.

I dont know what i 've to do in such moments since i didnt receieve PPR yet!! Although:
I did medical b4 8 months,,,
I got GCMS note in march,,,
Criminallity, medical & eligibility all passed
However, security not open that time in March,,,
I sent CSE to ask about PPR before 4 days, but no reply yet..
Plz i need you guys to help me cause i got worry ,,,

Hi Jigarshah,

Mine is also exactly the same case - "Medical Results have been received" but Status on ECAS is "In Process" - this is since the Last Week of MAR 2013 (Medicals done in the First Week of MAR 2013).

Please help me interpret and understand my position

Request other members also to add their valuable responses.

BTW my consultant told me maybe yr turn will be next year if PPR not come after 10 months from medical is done, if LVO put u in waiting list.
Is that correct?

We applied under Skilled worker cat. In June 2010.Our medical done on 5 oct. 2012 & recieved in Nov 2012
Then On 21 Nov 12 they request for RPRF, Update Police Clearance Certificateand Provide Traffic History report from VicRoads(australia).
We sent these docs but my partner have no australian licence. The other docs approved But they again request for traffic history report of my partner 15 Jan 2013. We contact with vic roads they said we can't give u traffic History report because she have no australian licence.Then we Contact to Sydney Office by E-mail. Office did reply in a week in which they said:
"You may provide a statutory declaration stating you do not have a licence to drive in Australia and are unable to provide a transport history certificate. My partner make a statutory Declaration from police station in the presence of Peace of Justice. We sent this doc on 15 March 2013
I want to know how long it takes to get PPR.

bigboos, in my personal opinion, u r in que and matter of security update in GCMS, they will send u soon PPPR and they can give u one month medical grace period. this is again my view and i m not agree with ur consultant. this stage they can not put-away waiting ur file, waiting time is prior to issue the medical and not after issuing medical.

Hurrayyy....

After 3 years of waiting period, we received our visa today...But we were really surprised as there are no photos on this visa. Is it normal?? Please share your experience.
