'Medical results have been received' and Waiting for PPR

Dear Sir:
I have done med for me and my spause on 23April 2012 and
"Medical results have been received."line was addes to my ecase in May'2012.
They asked (my VO ir Vienna-Austria)for PCC and some forms update in september 30th(60 days for submission),and they recieved by october ,after that they confimed me by email and said background check is going on.
Since then no news,and my meds expire in april!I sent enquiry and still no respond!

Please guide me.

I just checked my ecase status and found this extra line "Medical results have been received."

my medical received on 4th March 2013. Doest it means my medical passed?
and what are the next steps

Congrat for your 3rd line......It means that your medicals are approved and seconded by Otawa, Canada........at this point there is two thinking in this forum....as per Qorax(VIP Member) at this stage your Security Bacground check is also completed and for Next step for PPR minimum 15 days and maximum two months required......your are 90% approved.

Second Thinking your Medical approved an Seconded by Ottawa, Canada, and at this point your Security Checks started and this very time consuming stage and standard time for this is 2.5 month but it cant be prolongs for 6 to 9 months, this is depend on case to case basis.

In my point of view according to speedy working of VO in 2013, I think within two month you sure get good news in form of PPR......Hope for the good.......and Cheer.

Many people keep saying that security starts after medical has been accepted and It takes 2.5 months or even longer. But some applicant got their PPR even next day of their medical update on ecas. How is it possible? Most cases I have seen, got PPR even after 20 days and within 30 days. What is involved in it? what do they check at this stage? This is very important to know.

Yes u r right.....but you can check it out Pakistani original people......all of thme go through longer process after 3rd line average people form pakistan got PPR1 request after 5 months and a vast majority got PPR1 after 9 to 10 months.......People out side Pakistan got PPR normaly after 15 days to two months.....

If everything is simple & straight, the file soon gets into the 'final review' stage. If there are any 'red flags', our case goes into a 'spin'. Then our file might go to the local Police/CID agencies; the outcome/timeframe of which is beyond the control of CIC. And thereby the timeframe can be anything [sometimes beyond 1yr]. But, usually this stage should be over by 5 months max. However, a point to be noted is that we can also be called for an Interview [at this stage], due to this reason.

-Culmination: Only upon security clearance we receive the PPR.
-Timeframe: Around 2-6 months. Avg. 3 months. [With new system, sometimes PPR is clubbed with Meds]
-eCAS: Still 'In Process', but 'Med Results Recd.' inside.

Visa office start processing my application on MARCH 2012
Medical has been recieved on May 2012

As per your timeline......after 3rd line appeared on your ECAS your Security Background Check initiated and take longer....may be this because of you have lived more than one country...thats why it took longer but it strongly feel that your PPR request is on the way....and till date your Security checks are near to finish.......Request your GCMS note at this stage....may be you get more info from it.....

i live abroad and applied from their with help of consultant but he is not responding any more. i have no idea what to do now and how to get GCMS or CAIPS notes without my consultant.

Did you sent any inquiry to Visa office if not sent an email now.
If you want to apply for caips notes its a simple form at http://www.caipsnotes.com/ than click on order fill the forms and pay they will send you one simple consent form sign than and upload it.

Then sit back and again wait for 3-4 weeks

MR done on 9th January 2013 and the 3rd line added dated 02 February 2013 on CIC with "Medical Results have been received".

Any idea when would i be getting PPR1 request?

The past 6 months was for your Security Checks.....and when your got your "Medical Results have been received" line on Ecas....it means that your medical and Security checks completed now your file is on final stage......and PPR is on the way.....because of Backlog of previous applications....you face this delay.....but hope for the best.....you are 90% approved....don't worry.....and cheer.....just wait and see....you will get good news very soon........

as per data i gather from different forums......after 3rd line of ecas.....average 4 to 5 months wait time required for PPR1 request....but in 2013 things are happening very rapidly...and in my point of you .....PPR request will be generated within 1 to two months.....because when you received 3rd line it means you are almost finalize....in other parts of world PPR request generated within 15 days of this magical 3rd line......so just cool...pray ...and wait......i hope you will get PPR1 request...very soon....
