Anyone has experienced delays in ECAS to reflect the "Medical results received" status? My medicals were submitted on 10/1 according to the physician. But I haven't seen any changes in ECAS...

hi everyone..i am also waiting for PPR in which medical received line was appeared on Aug.2013..last oct 28 we got an email from chc london to forward update police clearance from dubai, which is where we are residents of, updated IM00008 form for principal applicant and updated schedule a and one ther form for me and my husband..can anyone tell us what to expect after submitting the same..

can we at least wait for PPR..thanks

Dear Miqab,

In my opinion you shouldn't wait for PPR as they won't send it without having requested documents. Try and submit these as soon as possible. Of course the next step would be a PPR.

If you have already been asked to submit the landing, then the next step after submitting these documents is the PPR.

Hi rizmayo!thank you for your reply..buti just want to ask if the IM0008 is the landing papers....after submitting these documents can I expect PPr anytime soon....I'm afraid as our medical will be expiring by early next year and we had remedial already and I'm afraid they will ask again..thanks

No, you will get the landing papers (COPR) along with your visa. The landing fee is the last payment that you have to send to CIC before they stamp the visa. If you have not been asked for this fee yet, you may still have a long wait before PPR.

However as you have already been asked for remed once, the chances of them asking for a third medical are low and they should hopefully issue your visa before expiry of the medicals. I would strongly suggest sending them the requested information ASAP.

Hi big boss...we have asked our consultant to send a follow up mail as we are afraid our medical will expire again..we were never copied on that mail..they just Sid they did...then after how many weeks we got a call from our consultant that chc has an email and asking for the updated forms and clearance..we are hoping for the best once we submitted the same

i'm waiting from last 8 month... just prying everyday ...may God bless our families with bright and shining future ahead in Canada.
