Medical result missing !!!

Dear All, recently Me, my mother and my father had undergone a medical examination for Canadian Immigration on November 2015. We just received a letter now from Canadian Immigration stating that they have not received my Father's medical result and that we have only 30 days to send the medical examination result or our case will be assessed based on current information.

My question is that , we had our medical performed at Canadian Immigration designated medical center and it is their job to send our medical results to them and not us? then how could they miss the result? we contacted their medical center where we had our medical performed and they are saying that they had updated the medical result for my father into the software and its there already..so i am confused how could immigration guys missed the medical ?

Ask the doctor to print out the E-medical receipt that goes in the application and resubmit it to CIC. Perhaps CIC lost the copy that was included and they can not access the information without it.

I called the medical center and they said they have our medical result submitted in the software, and asked us to send the client receipt to the canadian immigration... but we had already posted our receipt to canadian immigration a day right after we had our medical examination performed..did they even looked into that receipt..or what else do they need.
