IRCC sent medical request to my parents in October 2020, and they have already completed medical exam in November 2020. Now, IRCC asked my parents to do a new medical exam, the same letter, the same form IMM1017. Their medical results don’t expire until November 2021, what the heck is going on? My parents received the following letter:
Medical: Your medicals are due to expire on 2021/11/25. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend these results. You are required to complete a NEW Immigration medical examination in support of your application for permanent residence. This requirement cannot be waived. Instructions for your new medicals have been sent to you separately.
