Medical requested after Upfront medical - Infant Visitor Visa

Hello,

This is for my baby's visitor visa application. I have received an update from IRCC to do Medical examination. However, we have already completed the Upfront medical on 30th Nov 2020 (less than 90 days) and uploaded emedical info sheet while filing our application. Submission Date: 1st Feb 2021

Could you please let me know if Upfront medical is not accepted for the visitor visa? Do I need to take medicals for my baby again/ need to raise Case-specific enquiry?
