Yes since AOR, I've called on several occassions but never get through. Even got my local MP to contact them. I already asked my workplace to get my work permit extended and am still waiting for the head office to give us approval.

Because in our company's case, we are responsible to apply for the extension of our work permit, we do not need to wait for approval or anything, but we just need to send email to our HR to get from them new offer letter and get the employer participation fee paid by them, which they do right away as soon as you send them the request. thing is the extension of work permit now is currently at 82 days. best of luck, I hope get to apply your extension of WP right away. btw, did you request a letter of support already from your local province of nomination? you would need that to be able to apply for extension
