How long it takes to have a medical request from the CEM,

How about AOR have you received? Maybe you have to make a follow up call them up or make a personal follow up at the CEM. I knew someone same case as yours what she did she went to the CEM to make a follow up then after a 2-3days she receives her MR. May customer service information daw doon tapos write mo daw purpose mo? Its quite long already to receive none from them.
