Medical request taking too long for work permit online application

Good day.
For those who has experience submitting work permit application online.
How many days, weeks usually does it take CIC to request for your medical exam from the date of submitting your work permit application online? It has been almost 4 weeks now for me and I am kind of worried. I am from Philippines. Thank you in advance.

It's 10 weeks till now I have not received medical request for work permit visa application.

My wife OWP is in 9 weeks now online application from Philippines,from the date of submission we dont hear any updates.
