'MEDICAL REQUEST RECIVED' from London CHC----few questions----Plz share thoughts

hi friends & fellows
just received the Medical Request for me & for my wife from London CHC. i have few questions to the seniors:

1. is there any issues that i should be aware/ careful of before attending for medical?
It is a very simple process. Eat light food before you goto medicals and just relax during medicals.
2. i had a history of severe back pain (as i was working long hours) 2 years ago & my doctor gave me antibiotics, now it's healed. should i tell this to the DMP?
No. Its not a problem. Need not tell the doctor as it was not an illness.
3. is over weight any problem for Canadian Medical purpose?
No.
4. after Medical what is the next step?
If you have got the passport request then send passports after 2 - 3 days and if not then wait for it to come.
5. how long it might take to get any response from London CHC once the Medicals are sent?
No idea
6. does anybody know which DMP is the best (i mean helpful & co-operative) in or around London?
No Idea

I am still waiting for PPR after 5 months of medical.
try DMP at Knightsbridge, i went to them very nice peple, u be ok don't worry,
