Medical Request Received Yesterday ...Urgent Help !!!!!!!!

Hi All,

I received my medical request mail yesterday ,In the mail they have asked to undergo medical ,pay RPRF and send original PCC ,Now I am very confused about further process and seek your help

1) Can I send soft copies of the documents like PCC and RPRF or I need to send hard copies ,if hard copies where ,I received mail from WARSAW ,Anyone aware of their mailing address.

2)I have PCC ,RPRF reciept.Any other document do I need to send ?

3)For medical do I need to include any document in the documents I would be snding to VO?

-U need to send the original PCC only (thru courier only)
-need to send rprf receipt(eithr thru email or courier)
- emedical receipt (that u will get from hospital once you are done with your medical)
-plus also include printout of that mail that u received from warsaw
-you need to send all the documents to warsaw vo at their mailing address mentioned in medical mail.

my advice is get your medical done and pay your rprf fee, then make the bundle of all docs (original pcc, rprf receipt, emedical receipt and printout of email) and courier it...
hopefully it will help.

Thanks a lot for detailed reply
Now one more issue .i can see only two hospitals in delhi ie max healthcare and shantiniketan and both are booked for next 5 days and i am leaving india on 3rd june but no appointments till then .pls help me if there is any other hospital i can book an appointment ..

You do not need an appointment for check at MAX. Their appointment system is Fkkn BS. Just walk in and they will accept you.
I wasted 2 days for an appointment and realised non appointments were treated at par with me.
