medical request got today but confused :'(

Nomination.....
25 feb 2014 ....got on hand 6 march 2014
Got aor and medical request today .. But a small problem ..in my request form for medial everything is ok but on my spouse's form the address is same as mine .. I am in Canada and she is in India .. Is that fine or do I have to inform CIO and change it .. do i have to Wait until I get the new forms ??

no dats fine... it has happened with me as well...

Hi can you share your timeline? when did you applied?

Better you email them and ask about this.
Because in our case my hubby was in USA and I went to india. Medical request received in USA.
My address was change and then also we completed our medical in india bcoz my hubby came here and he has also comleted medical from india.
USA address was there on the form. Many ppl says we can choose any panel physician that's why we have completed our medical from india.
But then again after 3 years they have send us medical request with the address of india.

I hope you got what am trying to say, better you email CIC and ask about your confusion otherwise your application process will be delay like us.
