Do I need to wait until I have a full recovery from Flue or coughing? Or they consider them as minors ?

Do I need to wait until I have a full recovery from Flue or coughing? Or they consider them as minors ? Not really, that is temporary illness not any thing serious, my brother did medical when his whole family had flu and cough
