MEDICAL REQUEST BY VISA OFFICE AND ATTENTION TO WPC71!!!

HI EVERYONE.

TODAY WE RECEIVED TWO GREAT NEWS. THE VISA OFFICE JUST MAILED ME AND SAID THAT THEY WILL BE SENDING THE MEDICALS TO MY HOME ADDRESS. THEY MAILED TO CONFIRM IF THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT.

I AM ALSO PREGNANT WHICH I JUST FOUND OUT!!!! I WONDER HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE ONCE MEDICALS ARE SUBMITTED? I HOPE WE CAN GET OUR VISA BEFORE I REACH MY 6TH MONTH PREGNANCY SO THAT I CAN LAND IN CANADA AND GIVE BIRTH THERE ALREADY.

ANY IDEAS? SUGGESTIONS? PLEASE DO LET ME KNOW. ANY ADVICE WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

Congrats Okshan both on the medicals and the baby! It is all up to your DMP to decide if you can have your medical now or need to wait till birth. I see X-rays are not recommended for expecting mothers. I do hope you will go through both processes safely!

By the way, did you get a Passport or RPRF request as well? Or you do not know yet as you have not received the letter yet?

(Medicals done january 8th 2009)medicals already expired the cic office requested another ,yes another FBI clearence report ( this is my third)SO DO NOT GET SO EXITED yet..... i'm waiting for them to request ANOTHER MEDICAL EXAM ( it will be the second one) .my office is located in Mexico City.I do have ARRANGE OF EMPLOYMENT ( like it really matters) DO NOT GET SO EXCITED...........................PALOMO

Hello there Palomo.aca,

I have sent my medicals and PR fees in about 4 months back at Singapore visa office but still no request for passport. When wrote to them they replied final decision pending from Canada. Is this normal? I did studied in Canada on my bachelor level. Do you think they are checking with the FBI? I did send them my finger prints for clearance from RCMP 2 years back. They have already received that. Any idea what's going on now?

Thanks for the warm wishes Yeah you are right about the medical exam. I will find out from the doctor if it's okay for me to proceed with the medicals now or after giving birth....in which any case I am just leaving it up to fate....

Although, looking forward to receive the medical request in hand. I don't know if they will ask me to submit submit Passport and the fees all in one. Will let you know soon as I get the letter in my hand.
