Medical Request by IRCC

My study permit application (2nd) has been submitted on 10 march 19 with upfront medical. The medical report has been completed on 12 September 2018 but still it is valid as per the IRCC website. But on 24 May 2019 I was asked for another Medical. Can anyone tell me why I was asked for another medical request? What happens in next step?

because your medical test has been expired and its good sign if they are asking for medical updates.
