hi, I'm having the same problem. the medical request came 10 days after I performed my upfront medical request *facepalm*. I contacted the clinic and they said they already sent the result to IRCC. I called IRCC agent and she said the upfront medical result has not been attached to my file. therefore, she included a note in my application about it and advised me that i don't need to perform medical again.
