Medical request after, Decision made

Hi just a short summary of my situation I am applying for conjugal visa, im from the Philippines and we are in a same sex relationship. We applied around june, the received thee application july but due to covid got busy and didn't received notifications till december, now january theyve been notifying consecutive days started from Biometrics request then Medical request the next day, then got notified that my sponsor is eligible.

Now my Question is I am very anxious about what I saw on the online tool page to check the application because it says on the "sponsorship" category Decision made, while "PR" still processing.

My question is do I need to worry, since they havent received any of my biometrics and medical yet because due to covid I cant travel to the main city yet to do it, anyways is this something ot worry about, at the same time they did request for medical and biometrics im just getting anxious why it already says decision made.

Sounds like décision made here refers to sponsor.

Yes, the decision made is for the approval for sponsor.
