Medical reports MISSING FROM LONDON OFFICE-urgent help needed

I am new to this forum. I filed my application in 25-3-11 and files were transferred to LVO on June 2011. We did our medical on 15-12-11 and sent to LVO in 4-1-12. Now my e CAS shows "In Process " after reviewing my application by London VO.As yet no medical line was added in my e CAS I did a case specific enquiryon 7-5-12 and after 3 days they replied me that they couldnt locate my wifes medical result.They asked to resend a copy of her Medical Report which i had sent in 4-1-12. When we contacted our Dr, he said that he has instruction from CIC not to keep copy of any reports and so he does nt hav any copies to send. And in 1st week of April I had recieved a cover with a medical request which belonged to a dependent ( New born child) applicant from Pakistan. I informed that applicant regarding this and sent back same to LVO with an explanation letter. We are in dilemma now that
1. Did they intend to sent some message through that post which i recieved on April 1st week?
2. As there is neither MR with LVO nor copy with Dr, do my wife need to repeat her medical?
3. If we have to repeat medicals will they send another request form?
4. Has anybody else gone through similar problem.
I felt this forum is very helpful as every one around the world can assimilate their doubts and vision through this. I convey my gratitude to Qurax, Saki and other senior members for starting this forum and keeping this thread alive like this. I need a reply/comment regarding this matter urgently. Please.

We have the same problem. My husband-being the principal applicant- his medical result was also gone missing, and we thought maybe from London too. As our doctor told us he sent complete medical results of our family-4 members. then our visa office received only medicals of our 2 kids and mine- being the spouse.

This was happened almost 3 weeks ago, and our application isn't having any development so far. We sent message to our visa office and our agent as well.

Worse comes to worst...your wife might need to re-take medical, and you may ask your visa office to send another medical form and tell about what happened to your document.

We might as well do the same thing. According to this forum, its the best choice we could have since our doctors would not help us provide another copy of our medical. And this is the easiest way to get our application running on time.

Hi all, sorry for this delay. My wife repeated her medicals . Initially they had asked for copy of her previous medical reports , but unfortunately our Dr didn't have that . So they asked to repeat medicals. After they received her medical report in London VO , 3rd day we got our passport request. Today ( after 2 days) our e cas is shown as decision made.

Hi, we wish to do the same. We even asked our DMP to re-take medical for my husband because its been a month since we received this bad news. Unfortunately, the DMP want to have medical form stamped from the our VO first, or atleast a formal email from our VO that my husband should take another medical. We have requested our VO to send message to our DMP but still, no response.

Can the DMP perform another medical with just medical form from his clinic or is it really necessary to have it stamped from our VO. Please reply because we are really getting so frustrated here.

Hi i know that it is very frustrating. For us VO had send email to our Dr regarding the medical request. We waited almost 5 months without any response and we didin't even know that there was some problem like that. what i feel is if we have a genuine problem VO will definitely help us. So no need to worry about that. Make sure that the reports been forwarded correctly to VO without any loss from the hospital.I know that there is expense to do remedical. If it is necessary we don't have any other choice. What is my advice is that better to wait for response from VO. Best of luck.

hey guys
they are missing my medical after 4 months,,,, they are searching for it ... can I redo the medical without another request from the embassy .. I just want to be on a safe side
please note that my first medical has expired.. they requested me to redo the medical 4 months ago with no stated time permitted to redo this medical ..

I also found the same. My medical done durigng 22-Nov-2014 and with RPRF fee, Police Clearance certificate, i also send the medical done money receipt copy as a reference. I waited till 11-Jan-2015 but my eCAS did not change its status as "Medical received" and then on 11-Jan-15 i made a CSE but still there is no reply till date send to me why they are updating my medical status. I am really worried. I called my panel physican clinic and they told me they send at 22-Nov-14. what to do. please let me know your experience after that.
