Medical report lost

Hi all

last week i received an email fron london office that they have not received medical report for my daugter, and actully it was done on november 2012. When i contacted to IOM KARACHI, they said it was despatch after two days to new delhi india. And provided me a dhl reference no to give them. I informed them and since no reply
does anyone gone through or heard this kind of situation, plz help me what would be the procedure and how long they going to take to resolve it plz guid me
