i was stressed for how many months now thinking that my husband has a heart problem ( rheumatic heart disease) is this going to be a problem applying family class visa?
and also how many months is the fastest proccessing for spousal ?im pregnant for 6months now with our first baby. and am i gonna have a problem since ill be needing to have a maternity leave and planning to apply for an EI. thank you in advance for those who will help me. godbless everyone

How long spousal sponsorship takes depends on how you apply (inland / outland) and your spouse's country of origin / residence.

Spouses cannot be medically refused for the reason you have mentioned. You have nothing to worry about in this regard.
