Thanks for your answers - seems it's hard to know if the "Medical Received" update means much at all in terms of waiting time. It seems weird that my (the sponsored person) status would say "App Received" when, if I click on it, it shows "Medical Received." I guess they may have just gotten the med results and stuck it in my file, but no one has necessarily looked though anything yet so my status hasn't been updated to "In Process"?

Sill good I suppose...at least something is happening!

Also, I'm a she, not he :)

Mine says "Application received" too despite having the "medical" update for 3 months. They don't really necessarily change the name to "decision made" or whatever. I've seen many applications who got PPR or even COPR, but it still says "App received". So, don't really rely on it.

Awesome :) my info is in the first post of this thread. Thanks!

Now this makes me ever more wonder why mine doesn't say Medical Received and I am a January applicant, Received my SA on Feb. 26th and AOR from VO on March 6th .... ???

Same status update here; "Medical Results have been received" was posted on the same day as Sponsorship approved..

On March 10, 2014 we've done the medical examination in St. Lukes Global City in Philippines... and its already forwarded our medical result on march 20, 2014 in immigration... My ECAS not updating several weeks ago but today (april 7, 2014) it is already updated in the afternoon.. instead "Medical results have been received" on my ECAS, it says "We started processing your application on April 3, 2014" ... is there any problem of our medical? My wife is getting too paranoid... as of i know, if you have a medical problem it is not starting your application, right? but i need to know why it is "We started processing your application on April 3, 2014" on my updated ECAS instead "Medical results have been received".. is there anybody who similar case of my situation? please help... thanks...
