I received medical yesterday and have only 45 days to respond. I have been asked for all the updated documents including below:
Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate New PCCS if the copies on file are more than 12 months old.

Now my question is - I have stayed in US for 2 years till 2010 and I think my old police clearance from FBI will not work as it was issued in 2010. Now if I get a new one issued by FBI - it cannot be done in 45 days. Even if I give local us address for delivery -it takes 8 weeks from the day they receive. Please suggest and help the way forward as the letter from immigration clearly asks me to submit the Police certificate. I cannot beat the timeline of 45 days so am very worried and tense. I am a pre June and got medicals in just less than 3 years.

Q2. I plan to travel to USA in next 2-3 weeks with my passport etc...now with medicals and submission pf passport - do i travel to US or not?

Q3. My wife is 2 months pregnant- i guess will skip X-ray- do I notify embassy now and do I still submit passport.

Please will help if someone can respond.

Please anyone any reply??
You are not required to submit FBI report if you haven't been to the U.S. from the date you sent the FBI report at the time of submission of your full documents till now, if you did then you have to provide ine

This is what the email from CHC ND says:It do not mentioned reference to my last PCC- I have not visited US for more than 6 months post 2010 and already submitted PCC for period before that. Please let me know.

45 days run for every thing except pcc. I had the same problem b4 and VO told me that 30 days for other papers that I have to send and pcc should be send once completed. So don't worry I had the same situation and I got my visa

If a person has already submitted PCC of a specific country say for eg. UK and has not traveled back to that country does he/she still need to apply for a fresh PCC?

For instance having submitted the passport and mentioning the above statement in the covering letter and attaching xerox copy of the old PCC to the V.O ....will that be sufficient?

As the V.O can cross check the passport and also go through the copy of the Old PCC for reference.

Related more specifically to NDVO.

Please reply.

When PRR requested, with regard to PCC you just have to submit fresh PCC of the present country of residence right?

Also if a person has already submitted PCC of a specific country and has not traveled back to that country does he/she still need to apply for a fresh PCC?

Member named wilson has replied to my query.

He said only latest pcc of current residence country and not of other countries if not visited again since initial submission.

Hope this helps.

Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18 (during last 5 years), provide an original police clearance certificate New PCCS if the copies on file are more than 12 months old.

Now my question is - I have stayed in US for 2 years till 2010 and I think my old police clearance from FBI will not work as it was issued in 2010.(old PCC is still valid if you did not stay 6 months or more after coming back, however one needs to submit travel history if visits any other country(ies) within 6 months from the visit.) Now if I get a new one issued by FBI - it cannot be done in 45 days. Even if I give local us address for delivery -it takes 8 weeks from the day they receive. Please suggest and help the way forward as the letter from immigration clearly asks me to submit the Police certificate.(if you did not stay more than 6 months then make clarification on the covering letter) I cannot beat the timeline of 45 days(if you visited then request to extend the time) so am very worried and tense. I am a pre June(please provide your time line) and got medicals in just less than 3 years.

Q2. I plan to travel to USA in next 2-3 weeks with my passport etc...now with medicals and submission pf passport - do i travel to US or not? (if you need to visit of course you will travel but you have to give travel history, better not to inform now)

Q3. My wife is 2 months pregnant- i guess will skip X-ray- do I notify embassy now and do I still submit passport.(yes, you must submit copy of her passport)

Please will help if someone can respond.

Hi, Please refer to the RED COLOR words. Also provide your time line.
