Medical received but medical form not received- almost one month gone -help

Hi I received my medical on 21 feb 2013 along with a request for Pcc, pof, and the regular forms. Later when we went to meet my agent she told me that they had received medical forms for me and my son but not for my husband. She said that she has sent a reminder. We took dates for medical from the concerned doc but had to postpone it for non receipt of my husband's medical form. It is almost a month now but we have not yet received my husband's medical form. Our next medical date I'd scheduled on 22 march and my 45 day period for medicalise expires on 6 April. Can you guys please suggest me what is to be done. Has anyone else faced a similar problem? My agent says that it doesn't matter even if the period expires coz if the 45 day period expires then the high commission would be responsible for it and they will have to obviously give extra time. She also says that she won't send another reminder as she had already sent a re-reminder 5 days ago. Am I being correctly guided? What do you guys suggest..... Help!!

That agent can not guarantee that CIC will give extra time. In fact, CIC may reject your application if you exceed the deadline.

Send an email to the visa office immediately and inform them that your husband's forms were not received. Ask them to resend. In the meantime, you and your son should do your own medicals and you can explain the situation to the DMP.

Dear Dingar,
Don't be panic. CIC will never reject your file in that case. My entire medical package was missed. Please just inform visa office by mail, CSI and fax. Nothing to be worried. They will resend you medical forms with extended time. Best wishes.
