Just got an email from CEM for medical re-examination. What's next?

Just got an email from CEM for medical re-examination. What's next?

Get a new medical submitted this week if possible, asap.
It probably won't be long after that until you receive DM, but there's no guarantee it will go fast.
I'm guessing it probably will go fast, and they've likely satisfied themselves regarding the application
but a new medical is needed due to passage of time.
