Have anyone receive a medical re-assestment?

I have received a letter from Case Processing Pilot-Ottawa.

On the 30th of July, 2013, a medical reassessment letter was sent to your spouse.

As of yet, these results have not been received.

Please send us the name of the doctor, the address and phone number of the doctor’s office as well as the date the medical examination took place.

Please follow-up with that office to confirm the date the medical results were sent and to which Canadian Medical Office they were sent to.

But me & my spouse have not received any Medical Re-Assestment Letter. I already send a reply & requesting to re-send the letter again. Does anyone had an experience like this?

Does the CIC requested your husband to re-do his medicals? This request email/letter should be sent to you. And you will ask you husband to do it.

Can you make it clearer what happened. Because I received that same email before
