I have question regarding medical test. I have the history of Psoriasis. Will that allow me to enter into Canada or they will disqualify me since I have a Psoriasis. They are controlled and maintained at the moment. I have applied under federal skilled worker.

I don't think there will be an issue for two reasons:

1- Psoraisis is not contagious.
2- it doesn't require heavily any medical or social services of Canada.

These are the two rules that define the medical inadmissibility and based on these VO CIC officers make their calls.

Keep in mind that there are many cases where people who has been denied access to canada based on medical inadmissibility have overturned such decision thru appealing.
