Hi, If one of the applicant is pregnant and X-ray is deferred, how does the stages move after AOR? or it does not move at all till X-ray is submitted post baby birth?

They will move forward but you'll get a final decision only after submitting the X-ray.

You need to provide the medical clearance of your spouse even if they are not travelling with you. So, definitely you PR might get impacted.
Also, if your baby is born, you need to mandatory inform the CIC office about the change in your family structure. Do now wait for the visa to be issued!
