Hello, My parents got medical request and then they went for medical and Dr advised them to come for 3 days in next week and then after 3 months to retest without taking any medicine because they found a small apot in chest. Anyone experienced this type of situation

This generally happens in cases where the medical reveals possible TB. Although typically when someone is asked to come back in 3 months, they must also complete treatment / medications during those 3 months. IRCC has to be satisfied there is no active TB before processing of the application can proceed.

I can't answer that question. You should ask the doctor why that is required. I haven't heard of that before.
