Medical passed no BVL or PPR

anyone here with this situation , I passed my medical but no PPR yet.
7th october 2021 - embassy asked for medical
18th october 2021 - I did the medical exam
22nd october 2021 - Medical passed
It's 4 weeks already and no BVL or PPR
I applied from Nigeria.

It's upfront medical ..I submitted on 29th Sep my application but medical got passed on 25th October
