Still waiting. I can only check via IRCC portal using Applicaiton/Family Name, DoB...The status shown "Decision Made".

How to you know that the Eligibility: Not started. It that done if we received pre-arrival letter?

I knew it references my ATIP note, but based on my experience I think you passed this when you have PAL.
Hi, "decision made" it means IRCC approved your case. Did they ask you submit picture and confirm onn the portal?
No, I have not received any request/email after the Pre-arrival Letter with my UIC number on it.
Any chance of refusal up to this state. Already passed 38 months.

I’m pretty sure I saw other similar cases and I know there’s dedicated EE PNP sub-trackers too. Maybe it’d make sense to check with other people who have been waiting for the same time and asking If they’ve been seeing any changes? Good luck!
Hi, any update of your case, Have you received PR yet? My case still waiting I saw security "not started", It'd been 24 month from my AOR date.
