Medical Opinion : Grade 4 osteoarthritis chondromalecia patella (Runner's Knee) in both knees

Hi ,
I am suffering from Grade 4 osteoarthritis chondromalecia patella (Runner's Knee) which happened to me 4 years ago due to sports injury.In jan 2015 ,i had undergone an arthoscopic surgery and i am fine now ,with constraints of squatting as suggested by doctor. i am also 10 kg overweight .. I am 26 years old and i am the secondary applicant .Will this condition cause any issue or can lead to rejection of PR.My wife has recieved the ITA and we are yet to do the medical.

It wouldn't be-most of the rejections are due to conditions which cause substantial follow-up medical care/costs e.g hepatitis, tuberculosis.
