I applied in July with upfront medicals. My medical is not updated in GC Key and in the review of eligibility it shows we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. Does that mean my eligibility review has started?

It means it was started long ago, default message prior is "Your application is in progress". Medical update is important as its the only indicator for completing stage two.
For now medical is assessed in 2nd stage when done with that means ur file is complete and they will give decision.
Yes whatever I said only applied for two stage processing not for normal processing. Technically you passed stage one and stage two and final decision is about to be given by VO. Refusals always follow fast, it's been a while since you got BVL so I don't think its logically possible based on the trend to get refused at this point.
Guys, I got an update after 2 months,on 20th Jan saying that I have passed my medical (no email from ircc)
My medical expired in the month of December 2019. (Refusal case)
I raised a webform regarding deferral and saw that my medical status changed back to "no medical required,we will Inform you if we need one"
Can anyone know what happened here? Or should I give medical exam without a request?
Also, it's been almost a week and I have not received an acknowledgement email regarding my deferral webform. Please advise.

Many got it as outgoing in the GCMS notes but its not received ( on hold - Not started).

I tried contacting delhi visa office but it doesn't redirect to any representative so I have emailed them to update on my application.
But I had read in this forum that sds are processed at ottawa office. Not sure what's happening with my file....

U should go for medical examination don't wait for their call
Phone option is only available for folks whose file gets processed in Canada but all others the only way to contact them is via Webform. There is no phone facility.
