Medical not updated, application refused

My application was refused on July 17th and I have already reapplied. However the weird thing is that the medical results were never updated on my previous application (the one that was refused). It still shows "medical test not required". Is this normal? Has anyone had this happen to them as well?

Applied on 15th June. Upfront medical was done on June 5th.

Which country did you apply from. For example students applying from Usa does not require to give medicals

Same status here. 2nd application nothing updated even after 18 days.
